ABOUT
Food is so essential to our lives. We must eat in order to survive. But sadly, many people can fall into a rut and eat the same thing, day in and day out. I enjoy traveling and perusing cookbooks as ways to pick up new recipes, flavor combinations, and techniques.
I am a self-taught home-cook who loves the challenge of cooking something new and the reward of serving something special to my friends. I prefer to cook food that is rustic, nutritious, and not too complicated. My cooking style is in direct contrast to what I deem fussy food; I tend to steer clear of recipes that need more attention than I can give.

And you may be asking yourself, Okay...so why do this in leather? The answer is that for me, leather is an outward declaration of an inner feeling I have had all my life. However, as a gay man, I was taught that the only way to get by in the world would be to conform to heteronormative ideals and standards. As a teenager, I was self-conscious of my mannerisms, of my voice, of my hobbies. Consequently, I kept myself in a tight shell. By providing visibility to the LGBTQ+ and leather communities, I hope to give people the courage to just be themselves.
